Happy Capricorn Full Moon!!

Capricorn, my sun sign, the Earth, grounding sign that will settle the intense and explosive energies of the eclipse season and recent Solstice. ( Well at least we all hope )

Are you feeling any more settled?

I have had another intense week of deep clearing and release.

There is pressure for us to complete cycles and become grounded to a new direction that can only happen if we release the old.

Conflicting emotions, a little chaos, feeling all over the place; then also feeling that rest and self-care is so needed.

Still a mixed bag of sorts when it comes to energy, but the mountain goat is strong, determined and able to climb huge mountains without losing its step or stability.

However you are feeling, let's ask the energy of the Capricorn to help us settle and ground, to trust and surrender and take a leap of faith into the unknown with belief and hope.

It's time to reclaim our power and shine our light to the world.
