It’s 12 noon on a Friday in March, and you have arrived at charming Curraweena House set on an acre of established gardens in the pristine foothills of the Blue Mountains in NSW.
After settling into your luxury room, you are welcomed to the fully equipped Yoga barn, a spacious, stand-alone space that sits beautifully in the serenity of its surrounding gardens. This is where all the workshops and gatherings will be held throughout the retreat.
At the end of the afternoon workshop, a wholesome dinner awaits you at the Main House Gallery.
Following on from dinner, return to the Yoga Barn for some more reflection and transformation.
Retire to your luxury shared bedroom for rest and rejuvenation ready for the next day.
